Hey Tigers!

Welcome to the first SIS typing competition ever, with sponsorships from HSSC, Quill & Scroll, and SCIC! The first round of this competition will be open from Tuesday, April 18 to Sunday, April 23 11:59 pm. After that, no scores will be accepted.

Participation:

High school students and staff are eligible to participate. Enter your name and email address in the space below, and you will be re-directed to the typing page.

Preliminaries 

The top 6 will be invited to a real-time type-off in the atrium during OH on Thursday, April 27, so sharing screenshots with your friends or trying to photoshop is no good.

A brief timeline:

April 18, Tuesday – competition starts and submissions received

April 23, Sunday 11:59 pm – competition closes and submissions are no longer received

April 25, Tuesday night – Finalists announced on the TTONL.org website

April 27, Thursday OH – Final round type-off

How to enter your score:

Take a screenshot of your score and send it to [email protected] through your school email address. Title your email “First name Last name – Grade”, so for example “Soomin Chun – 11”. If you email one score and then would like to submit another, feel free to submit a second score, but if you submit more than two scores we will just pick the first. Remember, the final round is in real-time so there’s no point in sharing the screenshots of your high scores with your friends! Think carefully before emailing, and good luck!
